Oh the stash! I ordered some fabric on-line recently, from the amazing Marcy Tilton. In an email explaining that there would be a very slight delay, her assistant Shelley advised that they could expedite things if I was experiencing a “fabric emergency”. I sheepishly confirmed that, given the size of my stash, I would not be experiencing a fabric emergency any time soon – or even in this lifetime.

Ooh — I like this one lots!
You’re blog has me inspired (and very near taking action) on sewing something for myself. I’m usually the “sucka” who only sews for others. But you’re converting me….
And my stash is currently 12 LARGE rubbermaids, aak!
Thanks!

I love all your haikus.. they’re just awesome! I was wondering if you would be willing to sell the image of your haikus… I know this is really random, but I would love to buy them and print them on iron-on transfer sheets to put on my own stuff. :)

Hi Angela! I don’t think that Zazzle prints iron-on transfers, but you can buy your own printable iron-on transfers from office supply stores and print them out yourself. Email me at selfishseamstress[at]gmail[dot]com if you want full size pdfs of any of the haikus with the dressform logo. Though if you just want t-shirts, I’d ask that you consider purchasing one from the Selfish Seamstress Store because the proceeds go to charity ;)

Wow, as soon as I can close my mouth in awe, I will try and think of a nasty comment. Ummm.
I don’t think he would have a problem getting on Project Runway, same with his cousin as one of the models. That’s the best I can do. He is quite good.
