I luuuurve your sewing haikus! I don’t wear many T-shirts but I would be ALL OVER a Selfish Sewist haiku t-shirt. Until then I’ll have to memorize them and, if that fails, post them all over my desk because I am beyond tired of people’s sneaky compliments on my dresses (which are always butter-up tactics to see if I’d sew for them out of the goodness of my heart, to which hells to the no!!)
Love your blog, keep it up! And love your Coffee Date dress–that was the biggest Burdastyle sensation ever :-)

Thanks Laura Georgina! I know what you mean about the sneaky compliments. Oddly enough, most of them come from my family :) Glad you like the haikus– I’m actually thinking about getting them printed on mugs, totes, t-shirts, etc. and selling them (proceeds would be donated to an animal shelter). Good to know someone might be interested!

I love this! I sewed for at least 15 years before I even considered sewing for someone else!
